Description

Lead and plan the work of an IT consulting team delivering projects for B2B clients. Monitor project progress and execution quality across multiple parallel engagements, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risks. Coach consultants, enforce project standards, and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan the work of an IT consultant team

• Develop team competencies; provide feedback; set goals and ensure follow-through

• Monitor team effectiveness and project delivery quality

• Oversee multiple concurrent B2B IT projects

• Track schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery progress

• Identify risks and take proactive actions

• Support consultants in difficult project situations and during client collaboration

• Maintain delivery standards and improve processes

• Cooperate with technical and business teams

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of IT specialists

• Strong people-management and development competencies

• IT industry managerial experience

• Experience collaborating with B2B clients and delivering IT projects

• Ability to delegate responsibilities, set priorities, and enforce agreements

• Experience supervising multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills and ease working with business clients

• Ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and respond quickly to urgent situations
