Description

You will support the coordination and implementation of IT and AI project activities by monitoring progress, updating project documentation, and preparing reports. The role also includes organizational and operational process support in the ICT area.

Responsibilities

• Support activities related to automation of processes in IT and AI

• Update project schedules and monitor task timeliness

• Prepare communications about updates to the register of contractual decisions and collect feedback

• Maintain the ICT incident register and handle correspondence related to their assessment

• Prepare, collect, and update recurring DORA reports

• Create analytical reports and summaries that support decision-making processes in ICT

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PMO, project support, coordination of a business unit, or a similar position

• Higher education (IT-related preferred)

• Excellent organization and ability to manage tasks and deadlines

• Very good knowledge of MS Office
