• Role: Project Manager (PMO)

Description

You will join a newly formed PMO team and manage a portfolio of strategic projects spanning logistics, operations, digitization, IT infrastructure, system development, AI, and internal transformation. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery (from initiation to handover to operations), including governance, reporting, risk/dependency management, and workshop facilitation. You will connect business and operations/product teams with IT, and help build and evolve the PMO project methodology.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 strategic projects in parallel from initiation to operations handover
• Set up project plans, governance, reporting, and project processes
• Coordinate project teams and key stakeholders
• Bridge business, operations, product, and IT teams
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change
• Prepare project documentation and management reports
• Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into feasible solutions
• Remove blockers and drive projects forward
• Contribute to building and improving PMO methodology

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience for strategic or transformation projects
• Experience leading projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate across the organization
• Proactive, hands-on working style
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Experience coordinating business, IT, and other teams
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence; Miro is preferred
• At least intermediate English
