Description

You’ll help implement AI in company processes, automate routine work, and bring new technology into day-to-day operations. The job is hands-on: you’ll evaluate AI tools for real use cases, design automations between systems and applications, and connect tools via APIs and automation platforms. You may also handle basic IT support tasks occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to simplify company processes using AI and automation
• Design and build automations between systems and applications
• Work with AI tools and find practical ways to apply them in the company
• Integrate systems through API, Make, Zapier, or custom scripts
• Test new technologies and propose your own ideas
• Help the team use modern tools more efficiently
• Occasionally handle basic IT and technical support

Requirements

• Passion for AI and modern technologies
• Ideally early-career or recently graduated, with strong motivation to grow
• Enjoys trying new tools and finding smarter solutions
• Basic programming ability (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Basic understanding of APIs, automations, or data flows
• Independent thinking and ability to complete tasks
• High initiative—doesn’t wait for fully defined instructions
