Description

You will support project managers in planning and running projects through documentation, project registers, reporting, and risk definition. You will verify IT project plans and budgets, monitor and update project data for group companies, analyze forecasts, and coordinate with decision-makers and controlling. You will also deliver training on preparing expense/budget plans and administer IT project data in SAP R3, while using AI technologies to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning and conducting projects

• Manage project documentation and maintain project registers

• Handle reporting and define project risks

• Verify planned IT projects in a dedicated information tool

• Monitor and update project data for group companies (Polish and international)

• Verify and monitor project budgets, prepare forecasts, and analyze data

• Coordinate with decision-makers and the controlling department

• Conduct training on preparing expense/budget plans

• Administer IT projects in SAP R3 (data entry/update and settlement supervision)

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, management, or finance

• Several years of experience in similar work: PMO/process support, project work, reporting, and risk register management

• Experience using modern AI technology to streamline work

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Very good English (spoken and written) for daily communication

• Strong business responsibility and ownership
