Your Tasks

• Plan, coordinate, and track the status of IT initiatives and projects
• Maintain and update project plans, roadmaps, and portfolio overviews
• Track progress, milestones, and deliverables across multiple IT projects
• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions within project teams
• Ensure proper documentation of projects, decisions, and processes
• Overall Support of the IT Team in cross-departmental topics
• Act as an interface in our IT projects and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders
• Support in Finance & Controlling Tasks as well as in contract renewals

Your Profile

• First experience in project coordination or office administration, preferably within an IT Environment
• Strong interest in project & portfolio management
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Confident user of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Good command of English and Czech (written and spoken); German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to Austria (Vienna, Poysdorf) on individual days
