Description

Support the PMO team with project governance, resource allocation, and time reporting. You will maintain and update project plans and data, coordinate timesheet workflows (including month-end close), and produce regular and ad-hoc reports while partnering with Project Managers and Controlling. You’ll also support onboarding/offboarding by configuring access and timesheets and ensuring compliance with time reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project plans and project data

• Manage resource allocation and maintain databases for project teams

• Support onboarding and offboarding of team members (access and timesheet configuration)

• Provide user support for time reporting and relevant systems

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports

• Coordinate the time reporting process and month-end close

• Collaborate with Project Managers, project teams, and Controlling

• Monitor compliance with time reporting policies and PMO standards

Requirements

• Experience in PMO, project administration, project controls, or a similar role

• Experience working with timesheets, time reporting, or project data

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data

• Strong organization, accuracy, and independence

• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• English knowledge enabling work in an international environment
