Description

You will provide hands-on IT support for common user requests and incidents, including onboarding/offboarding and basic account management. In parallel, you’ll help users with approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT), identify practical AI use cases, and build simple AI prompts, assistant templates, and automated workflows. You’ll document hardware/software inventory and escalate complex issues to the infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve common IT requests and user incidents (L1/L2 helpdesk)
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and other corporate applications
• Prepare notebooks/devices; handle user onboarding and offboarding
• Manage user accounts and permissions; work with Active Directory / Entra ID
• Troubleshoot basic issues with VPN, networks, printers, and meeting-room tech
• Maintain HW/SW evidence and create simple IT documentation
• Escalate complex problems to senior infrastructure colleagues
• Assist users with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other approved AI tools)
• Find simple opportunities to accelerate or simplify everyday work using AI
• Create simple AI assistants, prompts, templates, and automated workflows
• Build simple automations with Power Automate (or similar tools)
• Test new AI features and support smaller internal AI projects
• Provide basic user support when introducing AI into daily work
