Description

Lead and coordinate IT projects that support organizational development and implement modern solutions, including AI. Collaborate with development, data analytics, and architecture teams alongside business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with the required quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT initiatives across the organization
• Work with development teams, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
• Ensure project compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards
• Prepare and verify project management documentation, including budgets, schedules, and required project registers
• Provide substantive and organizational support for acquiring and implementing AI solutions (define needs, assess business validity, oversee agreed actions)
• Monitor delivery quality and timeliness
• Plan project team work and report project status internally
• Report status to management and participate in strategic reviews
• Track progress and manage risk, budget, and schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing IT projects or coordinating IT project work (including PMO)
• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall
• Knowledge of management tools: Jira and Confluence / MS Project or similar scheduling tools; MS Excel (intermediate)
• Experience creating project documentation: backlog, schedule, risks and dependencies, status reports
• Strong communication skills for leading status meetings and explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organization; ability to work under time pressure
• Experience managing risk and budget in technology projects
• Experience leading projects with both external and internal clients
• University degree in a technical field (IT, automation, mathematics, econometrics or related)
• Preferred: project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe)
