Description

You will analyze end-to-end business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate business needs into technical requirements—especially for automation, data analytics, and AI. The role includes gathering and documenting business/functional requirements, modeling processes with BPMN (As-Is/To-Be), and preparing BRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams through analysis, UAT, and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end process analysis and identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and automate processes

  • Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

  • Model processes with BPMN and create As-Is and To-Be diagrams

  • Create analytical documentation (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)

  • Recommend process automation, data analytics, and AI solutions

  • Work with process owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams

  • Translate business needs into requirements and specifications for development teams

  • Participate across delivery phases: analysis, UAT testing, and deployment

  • Assess benefits, risks, and alternative ways to implement initiatives

  • Monitor outcomes of implemented solutions and identify further improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst/Process Analyst or similar

  • Experience in business process analysis and modeling

  • Practical BPMN knowledge, including As-Is/To-Be diagramming

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

  • Experience working with business and technical teams

  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete requirements for delivery teams

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience facilitating analysis workshops and stakeholder meetings

  • Higher education (e.g., IT, logistics, economics, management) or related

  • English proficiency at least B2/C1
