Business Analyst

Quick Facts - Role: Business Analyst - Collaboration: Long-term engagement with an international institution Description Join a long-term engagement as a Business Analyst supporting business and Product Owners in defining, developing, and maintaining requirements throughout the system lifecycle. You will model value streams and business processes, collect and analyze business needs and user stories, and translate business and technical requirements into business requirement specifications. You’ll also support system design, testing and quality, change management, and process improvement planning including monitoring and business case/feasibility analysis. Responsibilities - Model and document value streams and processes, roles, capabilities, and data - Gather, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and user stories - Support business experts and Product Owners in defining requirements and software development - Maintain and monitor requirements and user stories across the full system lifecycle - Translate business needs, users, and technical requirements into business requirement specifications - Map business objectives, project benefits, priorities, system components, and functionalities - Analyze existing systems and their capabilities - Support identification of potential solution options - Support development of business cases and feasibility analyses - Participate in system design, testing, quality assurance, and change management - Design, validate, and test business processes for process excellence - Plan and manage continuous improvement programs for business processes - Support training of new skills and implementation of process changes - Collaborate with end-to-end process owners to identify improvement opportunities - Identify business process optimization opportunities to improve service quality, reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve effectiveness/efficiency - Communicate project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to stakeholders - Perform quantitative business process analysis, including cost-benefit and what-if analyses - Plan organizational change processes - Implement systems to monitor business process performance effectiveness - Support business users in creating strategic and tactical plans (area strategies, rollout plans) - Support defining transformation roadmaps for business architectures Requirements - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or similar role - Minimum 3 years of experience in projects aligned with the role profile or similar position - Higher education - Very good English (minimum C1) - At least one certification: CCBA (or equivalent) OR Certified UML Professional (Foundation) OR BPM 2 Fundamental (or equivalent) - Business Analyst experience on an ERP implementation project - Experience analyzing business processes in: Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, Project Management - Business analysis experience using Microsoft capabilities: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse - Business analysis experience using ServiceNow capabilities (dedicated apps and standard modules), especially: Enterprise Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management - ServiceNow experience in on-premises and cloud environments - Experience in Enterprise Software Platforms Portfolio Benefits - Job stability: long-term projects and collaboration with leading companies, growth across multiple IT areas - Flexible employment options: B2B, employment contract, or contract assignment - Benefits: Medicover (expanded with dentistry), FitProfit, English lessons - F45 gym trainings at the office with professional trainers - Internal referral program - Opportunity to have IT certifications funded - Hybrid, remote, or onsite working mode depending on the project - Occasional events and team integration trips - Charity support, including #PomagamyNexio
