Description

You will analyze and model business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE) and translate business needs into system requirements and implementation-ready user stories for development teams. The role includes BPMN modeling, workshops and stakeholder alignment, and structured analytical documentation. AI/LLM tools are used to support analysis, documentation work, and creation of SDLC artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business processes using AS-IS/TO-BE
• Identify business needs and translate them into system requirements
• Prepare precise user stories and requirements ready for development implementation
• Create BPMN process models
• Model processes and system architecture using appropriate tools
• Lead analytical workshops with business representatives
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and develop a shared understanding of requirements
• Create and maintain analytical documentation
• Use AI/LLM tools to improve analysis and SDLC artifact preparation
• Collaborate closely with business, architects, developers, and testers throughout delivery

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Practical experience modeling business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE)
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and unambiguous, implementation-ready user stories
• Knowledge of BPMN notation
• Experience in modeling processes and system architecture
• Very good communication skills and workshop facilitation experience
• Ability to facilitate agreement/alignment between stakeholders
• Ability to structurally document analysis
• Practical AI/LLM tool experience (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar)
• Ability to work with business, architects, developers, and testers
