Description

You will support a multi-year operational transformation program in banking by analyzing current processes, designing improved workflows, and implementing process governance to raise service quality and operational efficiency. The role includes preparing processes for automation and applying AI pragmatically where it creates measurable benefits, while leading cross-functional transformation work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare processes for automation and use automation and AI tools pragmatically to deliver measurable gains

• Analyze processes and work organization to identify error-prone areas, long service times, and operational risk drivers

• Lead cross-functional transformation projects across multiple bank departments

• Implement process management and continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency

• Design effective processes that improve both external and internal customer experiences

• Identify and apply new methodologies, techniques, and tools to increase the organization’s optimization potential

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a business process analyst or business process specialist role

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert, or other proof of expert competencies in process management and optimization

• Knowledge of operational management best practices, operational risk management, and quality management

• Practical knowledge of AI-based tools and advanced MS Excel skills

• Fluent Polish and English
