Description

You will provide local IT support for end-user devices, including administration, configuration, and maintenance. The work includes handling diverse requests, installing and maintaining equipment, installing structured cabling and data outlets, auditing hardware/software, communicating with customers, and implementing and following IT policies and standards using a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Local on-site support for end-user devices
• Administer, configure, and maintain end-user equipment
• Resolve various IT requests
• Install, administer, and maintain IT equipment
• Install structured cabling and data outlets
• Perform hardware and software audits
• Communicate with customers
• Implement and comply with IT policies and standards
• Work in a ticketing system

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• General knowledge of Windows products
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
• General technical orientation in IT technologies
• Willingness to learn new things
• Responsibility, reliability, proactivity
• Pleasant customer-facing communication
• Knowledge of English
• Advantage: electrical certification per 250/2021 (previously 50/1978)
• Driver’s license category B
