Description

You will provide first- and second-line IT support to end users, including configuring computers and mobile devices, maintaining hardware, handling service requests, and responding to incidents. You will also support the development and maintenance of inventory/evidentiary systems and end-user infrastructure, and prepare procurement documentation for IT support infrastructure tenders. The role includes participation in tender committee work and related documentation/contract tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support to users

• Configure computers and mobile devices

• Maintain the technical readiness of computer equipment

• Replace consumables

• Receive and manage service/repair tickets

• Monitor the environment and respond to failures

• Support conference systems

• Develop and maintain inventory/evidentiary systems

• Develop and maintain end-user infrastructure and systems

• Prepare procurement descriptions of the subject matter (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia) for IT support infrastructure tender procedures

• Participate in tender committees

• Participate in preparation and execution of contracts

• Create internal documentation

• Perform other assigned tasks within the unit’s scope

• Track and reconcile the percentage allocation of working time for the position

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education; or higher education with 2 years of professional experience; or secondary education with 4 years of professional experience

• Knowledge of Active Directory administration

• Ability to configure devices running Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS

• Ability to diagnose and resolve user problems

• Knowledge of qualified digital signature configuration

• Logical and quick thinking

• Teamwork skills

• Valid criminal record certificate (KRK)
