Description

You’ll ensure corporate IT equipment and the systems that support daily operations are working properly. The role focuses on Windows support and troubleshooting, hardware setup and replacement, basic networking diagnostics, and preparing new workstations end-to-end, while maintaining clear equipment records using Google Workspace.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas and participate in development of internal systems, a new real-estate portal, and AI solutions used in the business.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot common user issues (e.g., internet, printing, applications freezing)
• Set up and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals): connect, replace, and bring into service
• Diagnose basic networking problems using knowledge of Wi‑Fi/LAN/IP and cabling
• Prepare new workplaces from system/software installation through full readiness for the employee
• Work with Google Workspace and keep an organized inventory of equipment
• Support users reliably and independently as their main point of contact when IT breaks

Requirements

• First experience in IT (e.g., helpdesk/IT support/device administration)
• Solid working knowledge of Windows and typical user troubleshooting
• Practical ability to handle hardware provisioning and peripherals
• Basic networking understanding (Wi‑Fi, LAN, IP addresses, cabling)
• Ability to install systems and software and complete workstation setup end-to-end
• Experience with Google Workspace and keeping equipment inventory records
• Ability to work independently and reliably, with a willingness to learn user account administration (Active Directory preferred)
