Description

Take ownership of UX/UI design execution across the full lifecycle, from initial wireframes to developer-ready designs, delivering user-centered experiences and business value. Use AI tools throughout your workflow (e.g., research synthesis, copy drafting, concept exploration, and prototyping) and experiment to improve speed and outcomes. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, facilitate discovery workshops, and clearly communicate design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design: wireframes through developer-ready designs

  • Create intuitive, detail-oriented user experiences

  • Use AI tools for parts of the design process (research synthesis, copy drafting, ideation, prototyping)

  • Apply systematic design using component libraries and design systems

  • Facilitate discovery via workshops and discovery sessions

  • Present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Support sales and client relations by translating business goals into UX strategy

  • Stay current with UX/UI best practices and emerging trends

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design

  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design solutions

  • Hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing

  • Experience running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions

  • Ability to understand business objectives and align UX with measurable outcomes

  • English communication skills at least B2; comfortable in English meetings/workshops

  • Proactive, able to take initiative and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

  • Curiosity about AI in design; already uses AI tools and can explain where they help and where they don’t
