Description

The Consumer UX team designs end-to-end, customer-centered experiences across discovery, personalization, and shopping/subscription management. In this role you’ll lead design from concept to execution, use AI as an active part of the workflow, and maintain a high craft bar across every touchpoint. You’ll partner with product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to translate insights into decisions with real business impact, owning projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design from concept to execution across consumer touchpoints

• Use AI to generate and synthesize user insights and accelerate discovery

• Build rapid prototypes and close the gap between design and code

• Raise craft standards across layout, motion, typography, and micro-interactions

• Identify product opportunities using market research and user analysis

• Collaborate with product and engineering to align design strategies to business and technical requirements; advocate for the right design outcome

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product design delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end

• Active use of AI tools across the design workflow (strategy, insight synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, design-to-code)

• Fluency with tools such as Figma AI and Claude (or similar)

• Exceptional visual and interaction design with strong attention to detail (hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions)

• Ability to articulate design quality standards effectively

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proactivity to push for the right technical solution and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
