Description

You will design intuitive user interfaces for complex software solutions, ensuring digital accessibility and responsive behavior. The work includes creating WCAG 2.0–compliant UI, preparing wireframes and functional specifications, and running usability tests and user research. You will collaborate closely with project teams working in Scrum and use user behavior analysis to improve solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces (UI)
• Create interfaces compliant with WCAG 2.0, considering accessibility needs
• Design responsive interfaces using RWD (Responsive Web Design)
• Prepare sketches and mockups
• Create wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications
• Conduct usability tests and user research
• Analyze user interactions and extract insights to support product improvements
• Prepare technical and functional documentation related to designed interfaces
• Collaborate with project teams in a Scrum environment
• Independently gather necessary information and quickly learn new topics

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI design
• Practical experience designing interfaces compliant with WCAG 2.0
• Experience designing interfaces using RWD (Responsive Web Design)
• Knowledge of web technologies
• Experience in UI design supported by a portfolio
• Experience conducting usability tests and user research
• Analytical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Independence in gathering information needed to complete tasks
• Ability to learn quickly and assimilate new information
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience collaborating with teams using Scrum
• Familiarity with UI design tools such as Figma and Axure
