Description

Own end-to-end digital product design, from initial wireframes to developer-ready UI, delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences and business value. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, support discovery workshops, and clearly communicate design decisions. Use AI tools daily to assist with research synthesis, copy drafting, and concept exploration/prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from initial wireframes to developer-ready designs

• Create intuitive and detail-focused user-centered designs

• Use AI tools for research synthesis, copy drafting, and concept exploration/prototyping; experiment with tools and share what improves speed

• Use component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders

• Participate in design workshops and discovery sessions to define scope and rationale

• Present and explain design choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to translate business goals into UX strategy and demonstrate UX/UI value

• Stay ahead of UX/UI trends and best practices to keep the design approach innovative

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design execution

• Hands-on experience with prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing

• Experience running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions

• Ability to understand business objectives and align UX with measurable outcomes

• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2), comfortable in English meetings/workshops

• Proactive in a fast-paced environment; can take initiative and solve problems

• Curious about AI in design; already use AI tools and can explain where they help and where they don’t
