• Role: Product Designer (full-time)

Description

Own the complete design journey for digital products—from discovery and workshops through research, UX/UI mockups, and supporting implementation. Translate client requirements and user insights into polished, user-centered web and mobile interfaces, while troubleshooting UX issues and running UX audits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops and conduct research to discover needs and gather user requirements

• Deliver full-life-cycle design for products and features: discovery & research, flows, UX/UI mockups, and (sometimes) user testing

• Collaborate with project team members to ensure high-quality, user-centered solutions

• Produce effective and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces combining form and function

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and conduct UX audits

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in web and mobile UX/UI application design

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools; ability to create scalable component libraries

• Solid knowledge of common design methods, patterns, and principles

• Experience planning and conducting client workshop sessions to gather requirements and convert them into mockups

• High visual skills to create beautiful, functional interfaces

• Confident English writing and speaking (B2+)

• Proactive and mature project approach using design thinking

• Ability to estimate your own work

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to articulate and justify design decisions

• Ability to build AI prototypes and use AI tools to speed up the workflow (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code)
