Description

You will design user experiences for web and mobile apps, creating wireframes, hi‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for new functionality. You will conduct usability research, analyze test feedback and user data, and recommend improvements together with analysts, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design UX for web and mobile applications

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features

• Develop and maintain information architecture for digital solutions

• Design user interfaces following UX/UI standards and the organization’s visual identity

• Maintain component libraries and elements in the design system (Digital Style Guide)

• Run usability studies and analyze results and user feedback

• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders on solution design and delivery

• Verify that implemented functionality matches mockups and design assumptions

• Participate in application testing and support acceptance of delivered solutions

• Ensure consistency of user experience across apps and digital channels

• Monitor market and competitor UX/UI trends and implement best practices

• Prepare graphics/materials supporting app development and promotion, including materials published in mobile stores

• Support initiatives aimed at improving sales and customer self-service channels
