Description

You will help the team better understand users and turn their needs into concrete product solutions across discovery, UX flows, design, and prototyping. The role blends product analytics and AI-assisted workflows with critical thinking and user-centered product sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the product discovery process
• Analyze and optimize user flows and overall user experience
• Prepare designs and prototypes using Claude Design
• Translate user ideas and needs into functional requirements for developers
• Validate hypotheses and solutions directly with users
• Find ways to increase feature usage and product adoption
• Analyze competitors and market solutions
• Analyze user behavior and product usage in Amplitude
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback and requests
• Run tests on solutions delivered by developers
• Create and optimize AI-powered workflows for design and research processes

Requirements

• Must have: Claude / Claude Design
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar)
• Comfortable using AI tools freely in day-to-day product work
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Experience in product discovery and/or UX/product design or product development
• Data-driven decision-making
• Ability to assess when AI helps and when human judgment and critical thinking are needed
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and translate insights into solutions
• Very strong English communication

• Figma
• Experience automating design/research workflows
• Experience in the aviation/airline industry or strong interest in it
