• Role: User Experience (UX) Designer for identity and access management product experiences

Description

You will design user-centered experiences for trusted identity and access management products, translating user needs and business objectives into clear design solutions. You will create representations ranging from sketches and journey maps to wireframes, high-fidelity visual concepts, and prototypes—then present them to stakeholders with data-based rationale. The role also involves leading collaboration, running design discovery and delivery, and iterating based on feedback and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Apply UX design methods including storytelling, user-centered design, design thinking, heuristics, design testing, user feedback, and iterative design
• Turn abstract ideas into the right-fidelity outputs (sketches, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, prototypes)
• Present and defend design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders
• Design mobile-first, adaptive and responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Plan and lead cross-functional product team collaboration and design processes (discovery, vision, delivery)
• Coach teams to execute evaluative and generative design research, iterative design, and usability testing
• Collaborate with user research to synthesize insights into actionable improvements and user outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Design, Product Design, or Interaction/Experience Design
• Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking and complex problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to users, product teams, and stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment
• Experience with AI-powered design and development tools to drive efficiency
• Online portfolio/samples demonstrating user-centered design craft and storytelling (sketches, mock-ups, prototypes, etc.)
• Experience designing enterprise-grade, commercially available software products
• Agile process/tool experience (refinement, estimation, Jira, Confluence) or willingness to learn
• Cybersecurity product experience is a plus
