Description

You will provide day-to-day support for company IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and network devices. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT asset inventory and lifecycle records, performing office IT checks and maintenance, installing/configuring/updating operating systems and applications, and managing office access cards. You will occasionally travel to company offices for on-site support, with opportunities to grow via security-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, peripherals, and network devices

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle records

• Coordinate hardware repairs and vendor service requests

• Perform regular office IT checks and maintenance

• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications

• Manage office access cards (issuing, updating, deactivating)

• Occasionally travel to company offices for on-site support

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer and networking hardware

• Familiarity with Windows and macOS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Experience with collaboration and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Good English communication skills

• Attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining secure and efficient IT environments

• Strong organizational skills and willingness to build improved IT operations
