Description

Provide first-contact IT support to Coloplast employees worldwide via phone, email, and request forms, owning incidents and requests through to resolution. Troubleshoot complex issues across computers, mobile devices, printing, IT systems, user accounts, and access management, while accurately logging all activity in the ticketing system. Contribute to DD&IT initiatives (testing, transitions, go-lives, hypercare) and improve services through knowledge sharing and up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support worldwide via phone, email, and request forms
• Troubleshoot issues related to computers, mobile devices, printing, IT systems, user accounts, and access management
• Resolve incidents and requests independently, including complex cases with extended permissions
• Log all calls and emails accurately in the ticketing system
• Participate in DD&IT initiatives such as testing, transitions, go-lives, and hypercare
• Escalate complex cases with clear and complete information
• Provide on-site IT support in Szczecin office as part of the PitStop rotation
• Support continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and documentation updates

Requirements

• Experience in IT support/service desk, preferably international
• Very good English (spoken and written)
• Solid knowledge of IT systems: Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
• Good understanding of computer hardware and workplace IT technologies
• Basic network knowledge: VPN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting
• Availability for Monday–Friday 2-shift model (08:00–16:00 and 14:00/15:00–22:00/23:00)
