Description

You will contribute to the development, implementation, and support of key IT solutions, helping drive digital transformations. The role focuses on analyzing and troubleshooting IT systems, maintaining internal and client-facing infrastructure, and supporting deployments of new hardware and software services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot IT systems

• Support and maintain internal and client-facing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance

• Assist in deploying new hardware and software services across the organization

• Document technical procedures and ensure compliance with internal standards

• Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting

• Proactive problem-solving approach

• Communicative English skills

• Eligibility to work in the European Union
