Description

Lead the ICT stream within a strategic IT transformation project covering infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and deployments. You will manage a cross-disciplinary specialist team and coordinate work across the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against schedule, budget, scope, and key technological goals. You will apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methods to tailor project management to the work being delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of the ICT stream for the IT transformation program, including infrastructure, environments, security, performance, tests, and implementations.
  • Manage a cross-functional team (e.g., Test Managers, Release Managers, DevOps, infrastructure/security/performance architects).
  • Coordinate setup and evolution of developer, integration, test, and production environments.
  • Coordinate execution of acceptance, performance, and security testing.
  • Prepare and run production releases/deployments.
  • Coordinate handover and transfer of new systems to operations/maintenance.
  • Plan project work, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met according to schedule, budget, and scope.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and project issues.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to keep communication flowing across teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex, long-term IT projects as a Project Manager.
  • End-to-end project experience across the product lifecycle: discovery, estimation and planning, delivery and deployment, plus ongoing development and maintenance.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall; ability to select the right approach for the project.
  • Excellent command of JIRA and Confluence, plus MS Office and MS Project.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, budget, and schedule in technology projects.
  • Strong ownership, independence, and consistency in achieving goals.
  • Very good English enabling smooth business communication (required).
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or an Agile certification (required).
