Description

Lead business and IT transformation initiatives (projects and programs) with a strong focus on ERP and SAP. Manage multiple projects and portfolios at the same time, define scope/timelines/budgets/governance, and ensure successful execution and sustainable business value. Support ERP transformations across SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications, driving process optimization and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP, SAP, business, and IT transformation projects/programs from initiation to delivery

• Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, prioritize resources, and oversee dependencies

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and success criteria aligned with business objectives

• Deliver SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives

• Lead and support projects involving SAP, non-SAP enterprise applications, and broader business transformation

• Drive business process optimization and harmonization and organizational change for ERP transformations

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders, sponsors, vendors, and IT stakeholders

• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to executive leadership

• Establish project governance, manage budgets/forecasts, and ensure risk/issue management

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and delivery methodologies

• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches

• Manage external partners and cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and successful delivery

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in IT project and/or program management, including large-scale ERP transformation initiatives

• Proven track record delivering SAP-related projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, migrations, integrations, rollouts, business applications)

• Non-SAP enterprise applications experience is highly valued

• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in international, matrix organizations

• Fluent English

• Strong expertise in project/program/portfolio management: planning, budgeting, governance, resources, risk management

• Solid knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies; certifications (PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe, Scrum) preferred

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process integration, enterprise application landscapes, and digital transformation

• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior executives

• Highly organized, resilient, adaptable; strategic mindset and hands-on delivery approach; willingness to travel as required
