Description

Lead IT transformation and integration projects from initiation through delivery and closure, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management. Manage delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, applying structured Waterfall governance and facilitating Agile ceremonies where appropriate. Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and business to ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and internal governance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT transformation/integration projects
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, stakeholders
  • Deliver projects as the sole Project Manager
  • Use Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches as needed
  • Apply Waterfall governance (phases, documentation, change control, decision-making)
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and business
  • Ensure delivery aligns with cybersecurity, compliance, and internal governance requirements
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide clear reporting, status updates, and decision support to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven experience independently managing end-to-end IT projects as the sole Project Manager
  • Strong hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in IT transformation, infrastructure, cloud, or integration projects
  • Project management skills across planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, dependencies, and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, security, and business areas
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure environments, cloud architecture, and cloud transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains (network security, firewalls/proxies, DLP, IAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, security monitoring)
  • PMI certification: PMP preferred; CAPM also considered
