Description

You will deliver technical support during challenging field conditions where reliable connectivity and fast troubleshooting are critical. Responsibilities include lab and field testing of radio stations, designing and implementing physical test environments, and supporting the sales and customer service departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lab and field tests of radio stations

• Design, implement, and develop physical test environments

• Provide technical support to the sales and customer service teams

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of radio communication/telecom systems and networks

• At least 2 years of experience in the radio communications industry (military communications experience is a plus)

• Ability to work with radio equipment

• Knowledge of networking topics (IP networks)

• CCNA certification or higher

• Practical skills configuring network devices

• Ability to use electronics tools and power tools for electronics work

• Higher technical education (Radio Communications, Telecommunications, Electronics)

• English B2 level (spoken and written)

• Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix environment

• Driver’s license category B
