Description

Lead the design and development of scalable SAP and cloud solutions for global clients, covering end-to-end SAP implementations including integrations and extensions. Translate business requirements into technical designs and development tasks, and apply best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Work in Agile with practical DevOps/CI-CD, collaborating across teams and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using SAP and cloud technologies

• Contribute to end-to-end SAP system implementations, including integrations and extensions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client needs

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks

• Ensure best practices in software development (performance, security, maintainability)

• Support continuous improvement using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

• Provide technical guidance to clients and build strong working relationships

• Engage in knowledge sharing and contribute to the team’s technical growth

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP expert

• Strong knowledge of SAP technologies including BTP, ABAP, Fiori, HANA, Integration, OData, SAPUI5, ERP, Java, and S/4HANA

• Solid understanding of modern cloud-native solutions within and beyond the SAP ecosystem

• Expertise in ERP and/or S/4HANA with end-to-end business process understanding

• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot for scalable, robust applications

• Familiarity with microservices architectures and event-driven design

• Comfort working in Agile environments with practical DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, automation)

• Customer-oriented mindset; ability to work independently and within a team

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
