Description

Drive the development of high-quality enterprise solutions using SAP CAP and Java. Ensure on-time delivery of features, address complex technical challenges, and contribute to architecture and design decisions for scalable, maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver application features on time while meeting functional specifications and quality standards
• Develop backend components in Java using REST/CXF and MVC frameworks such as Spring Boot and the SAP CAP programming model
• Participate in requirements analysis, create design documentation, and perform design and code reviews
• Implement automated unit tests targeting full code coverage
• Design and execute automated functional tests for positive and negative scenarios
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and customer issues within defined SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical solutions and improve processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development with Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of the SAP CAP programming model
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and MVC frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational database concepts
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems such as GitHub
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools including JUnit, Karate, Selenium, and Postman
• Knowledge of agile development practices and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
