Description

You’ll join a banking project focused on managing and improving the quality of customer data using reference data and Master Data Management (MDM). The work involves independently gathering business requirements, analyzing them, documenting analytical findings, and collaborating with IT teams, architects, and system analysts. You’ll also identify gaps and inconsistencies and recommend data-related improvements while supporting Agile team work.

Responsibilities

• Independently collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

• Model business processes related to customer data

• Create and maintain analytical documentation

• Collaborate with IT teams, architects, and system analysts

• Identify gaps and inconsistencies and recommend improvements in the data area

• Support Agile teams with backlog, user stories, and refinement activities

• Manage project information and coordinate communication between teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst

• Proven ability to independently elicit business requirements and prepare analytical documentation

• Experience working with customer data management systems, reference data, or Master Data Management (MDM) solutions

• Strong knowledge of business analysis and business process modeling

• Experience using Agile methodologies

• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills

• Knowledge of IT system architecture in large organizations

• Experience in banking or financial services

• Experience analyzing and modeling data dictionaries
