System Analyst (Banking)

Description

Work on a banking project performing feasibility analysis and evaluating solutions from both business and technical perspectives.

You will elicit, align, and analyze business requirements, then create functional and non-functional requirement specifications with a focus on quality.

Model business processes in BPMN, design UML use cases and sequence diagrams, and prepare technical specifications while collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., informatics, math, economics, or related)
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Practical experience in requirements elicitation, structuring, and modeling
• Understanding of IT technologies, including APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Experience in business modeling using use cases and prototyping
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently
• Effective teamwork and communication with business and technical stakeholders
• English proficiency for communication in speaking and writing
