Description

You will join a team delivering IT solutions supporting key banking processes and the needs of customers and internal users. In this role, you combine business and technology perspectives to turn organizational needs into clear, consistent, and implementable requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and banking processes
  • Gather, organize, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Model business processes, including with BPMN
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and analytical documentation
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, IT team, testers, and business representatives
  • Support refining scope, priorities, and dependencies
  • Participate in acceptance tests and verify solution compliance with requirements
  • Identify risks and areas needing deeper analysis
  • Ensure smooth information flow between business and the technical team

Requirements

  • Experience in business analysis tasks in IT projects
  • Experience in banking/financial sector projects
  • Knowledge of processes and specifics of banking organizations
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and document requirements
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN)
  • Experience running workshops and collaborating with various stakeholder groups
  • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and analytical documentation
  • Knowledge of tools for analysis and requirements management (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
  • Independence, good organization, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • English knowledge sufficient for communication in a project environment
