Description

You will collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements for initiatives in credit risk management. You will model business processes and prepare analytical documentation using BPMN and UML, supported by SQL, while coordinating with business, risk, data, and IT stakeholders. You will also assess the impact of business/regulatory/process changes, define acceptance criteria, and participate in testing and business acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for credit risk initiatives

  • Collaborate with business units, risk teams, data analysts, and IT teams to define and implement solutions

  • Create analytical documentation and model processes using BPMN, UML, and SQL

  • Maintain project documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Test Manager

  • Analyze the impact of business, regulatory, and process changes on risk-management systems

  • Define acceptance criteria, support testing processes, and participate in business acceptances

  • Identify optimization areas and propose improvements and innovative solutions

  • Run analytical workshops and stakeholder meetings (business and technical)

  • Support Agile/Scrum delivery and monitor requirements from analysis through implementation

  • Ensure requirements remain aligned with business objectives

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, banking, informatics, business analysis, or credit risk

  • At least 2 years of experience in the Polish financial sector, specifically in credit risk

  • Very good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Test Manager

  • Experience eliciting, analyzing, modeling, and documenting business/system requirements

  • Ability to create requirements based on inputs from credit-risk business areas

  • Practical knowledge of BPMN, UML, and SQL

  • Experience working with business stakeholders and IT teams

  • Understanding of the software development process and experience in Agile/Scrum
