Description

You will support the development and improvement of an anti-fraud data and reporting environment. The role focuses on analyzing business and data requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, producing analytical documentation and functional specifications, and supporting the design and delivery of data-driven solutions through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and business processes in the area of data and reporting

• Work with business users to identify, clarify, and document requirements

• Prepare analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation

• Analyze large data volumes for projects, rollouts, and testing

• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test outcomes

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement data solutions

• Support transformation and evolution of the data and reporting environment

• Participate in testing, deployments, and verification of delivered solutions

• Ensure consistency between business requirements and implemented solutions

• Collaborate with project stakeholders across all delivery stages

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in data, data warehouse, or BI domains

• Very good SQL skills for independent analysis and data validation

• Experience with large data volumes and deriving meaningful business conclusions

• Ability to create analytical documentation, requirements specifications, and business process modeling

• Experience creating test scenarios and cases and supporting test processes

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Strong collaboration skills with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders

• Analytical approach, independence, and ability to translate business needs into data-based solutions

• Advantage: experience in the insurance industry, especially claims handling, benefits, or policy systems
