Description

Join a banking project to identify, analyze, and refine business requirements for document processing and analysis. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for AI-based solutions, define supported scenarios and processes, and model system, interface, and integration flows. Design AI/LLM-driven capabilities for extraction, classification, search, and interpretation, and define quality/business acceptance criteria for AI functionality.

Responsibilities

• Run analytical workshops and collect requirements from business users

• Convert business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for AI/LLM solutions

• Define use cases and the business processes supported by the platform

• Assess the impact of business changes on platform architecture and functionality

• Create solution concepts using AI/LLM for document extraction, classification, search, and interpretation

• Define requirements for processing both unstructured and structured documents

• Design logic for AI-powered functions (semantic search, summarization, information extraction, document language simplification)

• Prepare analytical documentation, functional specifications, and use-case descriptions

• Model system requirements, interfaces, and integration flows

• Align scope of changes between business and technical stakeholders

• Define qualitative and business quality criteria for AI features

• Analyze effectiveness of extraction and interpretation processes and identify optimization areas (quality, efficiency, user experience)

• Review market trends and identify potential AI applications for document processing

• Collaborate with AI, engineering, UX, and business owners on platform direction

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis and IT projects involving AI/ML technologies

• Experience designing business processes using UML and BPMN

• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect, Confluence, and Jira

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and system design approaches (e.g., microservices architecture, design patterns)

• Ability to model data structures and communications between systems

• Experience analyzing existing interfaces and designing new ones

• Understanding of AI models (fine-tuning, embeddings, context window, RAG, and LLM limitations)

• Higher technical education (preferred: Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, Automation, or related)
