Description

You will conduct and document business requirements for client projects across multiple industries, working effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. The role includes creating project documentation, defining test scenarios, and delivering solutions aligned with business needs. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and the development team.

• Run online and on-site meetings with stakeholders

• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements

• Prepare project documentation

• Develop test scenarios

• Work closely with the Project Manager and the development team

• Deliver business-aligned solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Mid/Senior)

• Very good knowledge of BPMN notation and/or UML

• Experience with process/workflow modeling and diagram tools (e.g., draw.io, Bizagi Modeler, Lucidchart/Lucid.app, Microsoft Visio; Webcon Designer Desk is welcome)

• Practical Jira knowledge

• Experience with low-code solutions

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Independence, thoroughness, and attention to detail
