Description

You will analyze business processes and propose practical improvements. The role includes gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements, preparing clear reports and analyses for decision-making, and improving communication between business and technology teams. You will also monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and propose practical process improvements

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements

• Prepare clear reports and analyses supporting decision-making

• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to improve communication

• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP)

• English at least C1

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience analyzing business processes and data

• Experience working on projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills, including leading discussions, clarifying needs, and presenting conclusions to both business and technical audiences

• Ability to create clear, structured, comprehensive business and functional documentation

• Independence, good organization, and focus on measurable results

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related

• Experience with Continuous Improvement (process optimization)
