Description

You will support a strategic analytics initiative combining installed-base data with sales data. Your main responsibility is to work between business, Product Management, Master Data (MDM) teams, and BI/Analytics teams to scale data capabilities and help build modules for a Compatibility and Recommendation Engine. The role is delivered as a B2B contract and requires fluent English for day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements, business rules, and use cases; translate them into precise data structure and attribute requirements

• Profile and map data attributes to source systems; assess completeness, quality, and consistency

• Perform data profiling (primarily SQL, Excel/Power Query)

• Identify data gaps, determine root causes, and coordinate data remediation/enrichment with Master Data teams before BI implementation

• Support Data Governance: data ownership, dictionary definitions, quality standards, and stewardship

• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product teams, and BI developers; manage risk and prioritize tasks

Requirements

• Multi-year experience as a Data Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role

• Practical ability to profile data using SQL

• Practical experience using Excel or Power Query

• Hands-on experience with Master Data and PIM/MDM tools, including Data Quality processes

• Very strong analytical skills and ability to document business rules

• Strong understanding of Data Governance concepts

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and IT

• Fluent English for daily project work

• Hourly rate aligned to experience level (up to 120 PLN/h net + VAT for Senior; up to 140 PLN/h net + VAT for Expert)
