Description

You will support end-to-end work on a software project by analyzing business and system requirements, refining backlog items, and consulting system solutions with business stakeholders. The role includes analytical support during design, development, and testing, in collaboration with architects, analysts, and development teams. You will also cover functional and non-functional requirements, with emphasis on security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements (functional and non-functional)

• Collect, document, and detail requirements

• Create and refine backlog elements

• Propose and consult system solutions with business users

• Provide analytical support across design, development, and testing phases

• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams

• Work with key stakeholders (Project Management, Lead User, Sponsor)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience (preferred senior level, 10+ years)

• Insurance domain project experience and knowledge of industry terminology

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements

• Knowledge of IT systems design principles, system architecture, and software engineering

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Experience designing integration interfaces (e.g., APIs)

• Experience analyzing and designing user interfaces, including mockups and prototypes

• Experience analyzing non-functional requirements, especially security and performance

• Experience with Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence

• Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies

• Preferred: Product Owner experience or close collaboration with a Product Owner on backlog management and prioritization

• Preferred: SQL knowledge
