Description

You will be a central point of contact for technical questions while administering, maintaining, and further developing the company’s IT infrastructure across client, server, and network environments.

• Support and maintain the applications and tools used in the company

• Handle, prioritize, and document requests via the IT ticketing system

• Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base

• Lead smaller internal IT projects independently

• Coordinate external IT service providers and monitor compliance with defined IT processes
