Description

You’ll be the on-site IT support and infrastructure administrator responsible for users, endpoints, servers, and networking. The role includes Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MS SQL, and Exchange administration, plus network infrastructure management (DNS/DHCP/security) and integration of production devices into the corporate network. You will also support camera/attendance systems, user training, and IT documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 user support

• Install and administer PCs, notebooks, and other end-user devices

• Administer server environments and virtualization

• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MS SQL, and Exchange

• Administer network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP) and security

• Connect production/industrial devices to the corporate network

• Maintain camera and attendance systems

• Train users and maintain IT documentation

• Participate in digitalization and modernization of business processes

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in an IT-related field

• Ability to work with both hardware and software

• Windows knowledge from both user and administrator perspectives

• Understanding of networks and network services

• Experience with Active Directory, MS SQL, and Exchange

• VMware is a plus

• English at least B1

• Independent, communicative, and motivated to develop
