Description

The role supports Microsoft environments, including virtualization, while expanding your knowledge across IT infrastructure layers. You will analyze customer needs, implement and integrate Microsoft and partner technologies, and manage, support, and develop IT infrastructure. You’ll also create and continuously update technical documentation and troubleshoot efficiently—using the terminal when it’s the best option.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and requirements
• Create and implement customer-specific hardware and software solutions
• Implement and integrate Microsoft technologies and other technology partners
• Manage, support, and develop IT infrastructure
• Create and continuously update technical documentation

Requirements

• Driver’s license category B
