Description

Provide 2nd-level IT support by installing and configuring PCs, notebooks, and peripherals, deploying software via centralized software distribution, and resolving support tickets with clear documentation.

Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and support Mobile Device Management administration and improvements with Microsoft Intune. Help with hard- and software projects and continuous process/system optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Install, set up, and bring PCs, notebooks, and peripherals into operation
  • Provide and install software via centralized software distribution systems
  • Handle and resolve 2nd-level support tickets and document processes, solutions, and system adjustments
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Administer and further develop Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune
  • Support projects in the hardware and software environment

Requirements

  • Completed IT training (e.g., IT system integration specialist, IT system electronics) or a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
  • First professional experience in IT administration or IT support (advantageous)
  • Very good knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and IT administration
  • Good knowledge of software distribution plus user and access/permission management
  • Ideally first experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
  • Network knowledge and Office 365 knowledge are desirable
