Description

Manage and secure the IT environment for users, including account and access administration plus hardware provisioning during onboarding/offboarding. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot, support users and IT tickets, and diagnose issues with computers, printers, and peripherals. Monitor updates, encryption, device compliance, maintain technical documentation, and help improve recurring problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions
  • Prepare accounts and issue equipment for onboarding; collect/revoke access and devices during offboarding
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
  • Maintain an inventory of equipment and update device status
  • Roll out and update work applications
  • Provide user support and handle tickets for hardware, software, and workplace environment
  • Diagnose issues with computers, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Ensure devices comply with company security standards
  • Monitor updates, encryption, device compliance, and basic security risks
  • Maintain technical documentation, instructions, and checklists
  • Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT (system administration or user environment administration)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Basic practical knowledge of Linux
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server; Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
  • Knowledge of MFA, encryption, EDR, and compliance policies
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking
  • Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems
  • Cybersecurity awareness and participation in related processes
  • Experience preparing and configuring workstations
  • Ability to independently analyze problems and find solutions
  • Responsibility for granted access and for securing the environment
  • Good work organization and reliable documentation of actions
  • Motivation to continue developing in IT administration
