Description

You will operate, support, and further develop the organization’s IT infrastructure, including clients, servers, and cloud services. The role includes administering Active Directory and Entra ID, managing endpoint devices with Microsoft Intune, and supporting users with 1st/2nd-level IT support. You will also plan, set up, and maintain hardware at multiple locations, while documenting and optimizing IT processes and system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and continuously improve IT infrastructure (clients, servers, cloud)

• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Endpoint Management via Microsoft Intune

• Plan, set up, and support hardware across multiple sites

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support

• Develop, document, and optimize IT processes and system landscapes

Requirements

• Completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable knowledge

• Experience in IT support or administration

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID)

• Affinity for cloud topics, endpoint management, and identity management

• Structured, solution-oriented working style

• Enjoy working with people and strong communication skills
