Description

You will manage and support an organization’s IT environment while helping employees with hardware and software issues. The role includes workstation provisioning, endpoint and access administration (Active Directory and Google Workspace), and monitoring servers and alerts. You will also collaborate with Cybersecurity and DevOps to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support employees with hardware/software problems, on-site and remotely

  • Prepare workstations for new employees

  • Install, configure, service, and procure hardware

  • Manage endpoints across Windows, macOS, and Linux

  • Administer Active Directory and Google Workspace and manage access to company resources

  • Maintain equipment inventory; document changes, incidents, and IT configurations

  • Monitor servers, event logs, disk resources, and system alerts

  • Maintain infrastructure and implement enhancements

  • Collaborate regularly with Cybersecurity and DevOps teams

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Windows 11, including troubleshooting diagnostics and driver management

  • Ability to diagnose issues with laptops and peripheral devices; basic networking knowledge

  • Knowledge of Active Directory or Google Workspace administration (accounts, groups, permissions)

  • High personal culture, patience, and a proactive employee-support mindset

  • English at least B1 for working with technical documentation
